How billing will work

Organisation: the plan applies to your Raptor Trace organisation. Standard allows
one active tracker; Pro allows three. Need more units later — upgrade tier or add a
second org (policy TBC); internal tier worksheet lives in the project repo.

Recurring service: the monthly price covers cellular connectivity + Raptor Trace AU for the
included number of trackers. Renewal, GST display, and cancellation follow Stripe and Australian subscription
practice; you can manage billing from the map when your server is configured for Stripe.

Alerts at launch: we are not offering SMS or email notifications for geofences on any plan
initially; we will add channels once usage and costs are clear. Map and geofence configuration still work for
planning and future alerting.

Hardware: buy a ready-to-use FMC920 with Hologram SIM from our
shop (or arrange install separately). This page is the
